• Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access without refund.

2. Additional Charges 

• The course fee covers training services only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• The following may involve additional charges:

  • Certification fees
  • Examination fees
  • Printed books or materials
  • Project, software, or practical costs

• These charges are:

  • Separate from course fees
  • Non-refundable
  • Subject to change

• Failure to pay applicable charges may result in:

  • Withholding of the certificate
  • Restricted access to exams or course completion

3. No Job Guarantee / Placement Disclaimer

• Zen Institute does NOT guarantee jobs, internships, income, or placement under any circumstances.

• We provide placement assistance only, which may include:

  • Resume building
  • Interview preparation
  • Job referrals or guidance
• Any statement such as “100% placement support” refers strictly to support services and not job assurance.

• Employment outcomes depend entirely on:

  • Student’s performance
  • Skills and effort
  • Market conditions
  • External factors beyond institute control
• Zen Institute shall not be held liable for failure to secure employment or income.

4. Course Access & Certification

• Course access is limited to the duration defined at enrollment.

• Certification will be issued only if the student:

  • Meets attendance requirements
  • Completes assignments/projects
  • Clears evaluations
• Zen Institute reserves the right to deny certification if standards are not met.
• Certification is not a guarantee of employment or industry recognition.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professional behavior and discipline.

• The following actions may result in immediate termination without refund:

  • Misconduct or disrespect
  • Disruption of classes
  • Harassment
  • Cheating or plagiarism
• Zen Institute reserves the right to remove any student without obligation to provide justification.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All materials (videos, content, systems, templates, strategies) are the exclusive property of Zen Institute.

• Strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing login credentials
  • Recording or distributing content
  • Reproducing or reselling materials

• Violations may result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Legal action
  • Financial penalties

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Fees are non-refundable by default.

• Any exception will be:

  • At the sole discretion of Zen Institute
  • Subject to deductions (admin, sessions attended, materials)

9. Marketing & Representation Disclaimer

10. Attendance & Participation

• Students are responsible for attending sessions regularly.
• Missed sessions may not be repeated or compensated.
• Batch transfers are not guaranteed and subject to availability.

11. Privacy & Communication

• Student data will be handled with reasonable confidentiality.

• By enrolling, the student agrees to receive:

  • Calls, WhatsApp messages, emails
  • Promotional and informational communication
• Zen Institute may use student feedback/testimonials for marketing purposes, unless denied in writing.

12. Force Majeure

• Zen Institute shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical failures
  • Any events beyond reasonable control

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in:

  • Udupi, Karnataka
  • Mangalore, Karnataka
• Zen Institute reserves the right to initiate proceedings in either location.

14. Amendments

• Zen Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued enrollment or participation implies acceptance of updated terms.

15. Final Acknowledgment

By enrolling, the student confirms that:

• They have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions

• They clearly understand:

  • No job or income guarantee is provided
  • Additional charges may apply
• They take full responsibility for their learning, performance, and outcomes
